Training of workers and exchange of experience

The company pays great attention to systematic studies and providing of competence in the sphere of industrial safety and natural environment protection among workers.

The workers of the Company with the aim of permanent professional level increase are involved in the implementation of research programs and scientific range of problems in the sphere of oil and gas production, studying in graduate school and getting second higher education in related professions.

The students of geological faculty of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University have the possibilities to undertake an internship and pre-graduation practice in the Company. Here they are studying the features of work on oil and gas production facilities and implementation of technical services in the areas of activity of the Company at all stages of commercial development of hydrocarbon resources.
