Improvement of field development system
Developed complex of technological decisions are based on implementation of the closed cycle of analytical and scientific-and-technical investigations of geological objects (deposits/fields) and field development systems which are realized on these objects. An operative estimation of implemented technical and technological solutions efficiency inclusive of hydrodynamic characteristics of the deposits with the aim to form research directions conducted at the initial stage. Administrative and technical measures directed to improve basic technological parameters are based on results of operative estimation with aim to eliminate the major problems of implemented field development systems.
Features of geological simulations, creation of new or expertise (refinement) of existing model within comprehensive investigations are widely used. Special attention is speared to creation of detailed model and/or refinement of existing geostatic model, as a base for future solutions, conclusions and recommendations. All available data about the objects of study inclusive geological, geophysical and seismic data are used. Analytical investigations of the current field development state, as well the refinement of accepted geological model and also resource base estimation, are conducted during the construction of reservoir model and it’s history matching. Hydrodynamic study, in particular log-inject-log investigations are widely used.
Technological solutions directed to localize and to involve to development remaining reserves in-place and no-flow areas and non-drained areas. Discovering of new deposits based on using modern construction technologies of horizontal and multi-lateral wells, improved hydrocarbon recovery methods and production stimulation. With aim to improve technological-and-economic indicators of resources and reserves development the optimization and modernization possibilities of downhole and surface equipment are studied while recommendations are formulating.
Re-estimation of proposed design solutions efficiency inclusive technical and economic risks is based on complex investigations and technological solutions which are based on these investigations.
