Analyzed geological-geophysical data on these marine deep drilling is an overview of the experiance of exploration for oil and gas in the Black Sea waters of Ukraine. Years of experiance of industrial development of offshore oil and gas deposits in Ukraine allows for efficient development of water bodies on their own, but in the present conditions of significant results in the opening of large and unique deposits yet to be achived. The article aims to overcome the existing problems in the development of oil and gas potential of water areas of Ukraine.
